Yeap we are HCM Domain Experts. All of our consultants have many years of experience in the HCM industry working for both small businesses, large corporates and HR & Payroll software development companies. Several of us have worked together for many years prior to founding Yeap. With our vast experience, knowledge and energetic approach we believe we offer best in class services representing value for money.

The Beginning
What's with the name 'Yeap', if you drop the 'a' that's how we pronounce it. To us it seemed catchy, we like to keep things simple and when all is said and done we simply liked it. Yeap was founded in early 2016 for a specific venture which did not materialise or at least it didn't at that time, it was to be 15 months later before we actually started putting the wheels in motion so to speak. Now that puts us approaching the middle of 2017, not so long ago but all of us were already working in the HCM sector and had been for many years. It was a case of pulling already very talented and experienced individuals together and creating a team with exceptional knowledge, experience and passion that combined, would excel.
Many a late night with plenty of coffee and the odd pizza ensued, reflecting on what each of us had achieved over the past two decades drawing on what did and did not work as well as reviewing what we knew our customers had requested or enquired. This was to be the start of the services we currently provide.
It's true what was relevant one decade ago let alone two decades ago is not necessarily relevant today, nevertheless it proved an excellent and worthwhile exercise. Legislation, technology and best practice never stands still but the experience you gain over time will stand you in good stead to deal with the changing and challenging world we live in and it's those experiences with the knowledge gained that has enabled us to design a service offering we are proud of.
We recognise no one business is the same and our services are tailored accordingly to meet your individual needs without compromising quality. Whilst we work with you, we view ourselves as an extension of your own team and treat all our customers as we would a colleague, with dignity and respect.
